Creating almost everything from scratch, The National Café uses local and organic ingredients as much as they can. Originally founded by Michael and Nell, the café has taken over new ownership by two friends that met in kindergarten. Café Benelux has done a marvelous job replicating Lowlands Europe. Their Belgian beer options have been recipients of awards while the entirety of their menu is made from scratch.
